We investigated how myo-inositol affects insulin sensitivity and weight in obese women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). After 8 weeks of treatment with 2 grams daily, we observed a decrease in body mass index, insulin resistance, and several hormonal levels. Interestingly, women with higher initial insulin levels experienced the most significant improvements, particularly in their fasting insulin levels. Thus, we found no evidence supporting inositol as a viable option for effective weight loss in PCOS patients.

I'm pleased with the effects of this vitamin combination. Choline and Inositol significantly benefit mental health, fostering the production of mood-regulating hormones. They are advisable for those facing obesity, improving metabolism and stimulating weight loss, especially in the waist area. I experienced no side effects with one capsule daily. Highly recommend!

Inositol is crucial for weight loss in women with PCOS. I struggled to lose weight and couldn’t drop below 80 kg, but after taking inositol, I lost 9 kg in 3 months, notably in my belly area, as recommended by my doctor.

These capsules significantly aid my weight loss. Without them, even with a substantial calorie deficit, my weight declines very slowly; however, with their assistance, my weight drops at the expected rate. I believe my liver struggles to process fat adequately without Choline supplementation. They work best when I take them twice daily.
